Kemko Grout products feature a wide selection of semi-rigid epoxies and polyureas for filling control joints. These semi-rigid products are designed to: resist difficult environments, absorb heavy wheel loads, protect joint corners, prevent contamination of shrinkage cracks and maintain esthetics. These products may also function as insulators for filling sawcuts after the insertion of wiring for induction loops, traffic signals, and airport runway lighting. Polyurea and epoxy selection factors include the impact loads, temperature ranges, substrate shrinkage, temperature cycling movement, presence of moisture, and sawcut or joint preparation. Viscosities range from self-leveling liquids to non-sag pastes.

Kemko Grouts also include warm and cold weather segmental bonding pastes. Designed for critical load bearing applications, these products feature high heat deflection temperatures (HDTs) and exhibit excellent wet and damp substrate bonds. Capable of supporting sustained loads, including seismic reinforcement and bolt grouting, the 040/041 products are our highest performance pastes.

Kemko Grout Primary Uses Features
040 Dowel RegSET Paste for dowel/rebar/bolt grouting at moderate to high ambient temperatures. Long work life. 1:1 by volume mix ratio. High HDT and compressive test performance. Used in warmer segmental bonding applications, Injection into wide cracks, Repair of concrete block walls
041 Dowel QuikSET Paste for dowel/rebar/bolt grouting at low to moderate ambient temperatures. Short work life, fast curing. 1:1 by volume mix ratio. High HDT and strengths. Used in cooler segmental bonding applications, Injection into wide cracks, Repair of concrete block walls
064 Control Joint Pourable liquid to fill saw-cut control joints, wire slots and traffic loops. Excellent durability for industrial floors. Semi-rigid epoxy for control joints in industrial floors
064 HB Control Joint, HB and 064 Control Joint HBP High build liquid to fill saw-cut control joints, wire slots and traffic loops on sloped surfaces. Meets FAA P-606 standards for use in airport high voltage runway lighting slots. Thicker product useful on sloped slabs
189 Polyurea SWL High speed pourable or pumpable polyurea for filling control joints. Cures at low temperatures (to -25°F) and floor can be re-opened in 2 hours or less. Can also be used for rapidly closing wall or floor penetrations. Workhorse for freezer and industrial projects. Best when applied by pump but can be hand applied.
132 Polyurea LWL Low speed polyurea for patching and hand mixes. Best for repairs and patches. Long work life. Can be blended with dried aggregates for mortar/grout mixes.
